Showcase Evening A number of opportunities exist where Peace families can meet socially to build relationships with the Peace staff as well as with other families within the Peace Community.

Parent Meet and Greet Events.

At the commencement of each Academic year, the College hosts Meet and Greet event’s to give new and existing families an opportunity to meet socially with each other as well as with the staff and the P & F Committee. The Meet and Greet will be  on Tuesday, 12th February 2013 from 4.30 pm until 6.00 pm and will be held near the Tuckshop quadrangle.

Middle School Information Evening

This evening is a great way to showcase our Middle School not just to prospective parents but also to our existing parents as it also involves a talk from our Senior School Teachers to prepare for Senior School. This year our information evening will be on Tuesday, 21st May 2013 in our Peace Centre form 7.00 pm.

Book Week

Book Week at Peace is always exciting. Book Fair, Story Telling, Book Character Day, Grandparents Day and the Book Week Concert are all part of the celebrations.

The Peace Library Staff do a tremendous job to promote the love of literature to our students.

P & F Trivia Night

The Annual themed Trivia Night is always a hit for the Parents and Friends Association. Parents, Staff and Trivia Night addicts all enjoy a great night of fund and friendship raising.

Annual Spring Fair

The Annual Spring Fair is held in October. A great line-up of stalls and entertainment makes for a very enjoyable event that culminates in an impressive Fire Works Display. The P & F, school families, staff and students work together for this Special Event.

Other annual celebrations include National Lutheran Schools Week and NAIDOC Celebrations. Students are also actively involved in fundraising for Leukaemia – Shave for a Cure, Relay for Life, Biggest Morning Tea, 40 Hour Famine and Refugees in PNG.
