How to Enrol

Middle-School Captains Thank you for choosing Peace Lutheran College for your child/children’s education.

To enrol your child/children, please contact the Enrolment’s Officer on 07 4039 9021 or via the Enrolment Enquiry page.

Your application for enrolment will need to include the following:

1. Application for Enrolment Form* (Application Form may be downloaded from this page)
2. Application Fee of $55.00 per student (non refundable)
3. Copy of student’s Birth Certificate
4. Last school report
5. Record of Immunisation
6. Completed Medical Form (may be downloaded from this page)
7. Medical/Specialist Reports (if applicable)
8. Copies of Family Court Orders (if applicable)

*Please note that application for enrolment does not itself constitute enrolment.
