Boarding Scholarship Applications for Australian Indigenous boarding students
Each year, Peace Lutheran College provides Boarding Scholarships of up to $10,000 per year for Australian Indigenous Boarding students who live in remote communities and are Australian citizens and are not currently enrolled at the College. Scholarships will generally be offered at entry to Middle School (Year 7 or 8) or to Senior School (Year 10 or 11). The Scholarship covers school fees, stationery, uniforms, school shoes and a computer. The purpose of the Scholarship is to provide opportunities for appropriately qualified students who would not otherwise be able to attend boarding school for financial reasons.
Scholarship applications close on the 31st of March each year, for entry into the following school year. View the Peace Lutheran College Scholarship for Indigenous Boarders brochure for more information, as well as the Application Document which includes 'Guidelines for Indigenous Boarding Scholarship', 'Application Form', and 'School Reference' documents.
Interested students are required to complete an Application Form and submit with the necessary documents and information to the Principal, no later than the 31st of March in the year prior to the school year of enrolment.
