Health Centre
Our Health Centre is open every school day and is staffed by our registered nurse.
Our staff provide medical assistance for general procedures relating to accidents or illness and also administer medication. In the absence of the registered nurse, we have qualified First Aid members of staff who are on hand to assist.
We offer an immunisation clinic which is coordinated by the Health Centre's nurse.
Specific conditions
Students with specific medical conditions such as asthma, food allergies or diabetes are monitored by the Health Centre staff who are available to assist these students. Other staff members are also made aware of such conditions and are educated in the special needs of students with these types of medical conditions.
Boarding students
Boarding students who require medical assistance during the day may attend the Health Centre. A doctor also visits the school once a week for a clinic with our boarding students.
