Peace Lutheran College's tuckshop is managed by the College's catering team, headed by Catering Manager and Chef, Luukas Trautner.

Luukas is highly regarded within his industry, having been a successful restaurant owner, as well as working in some of the most esteemed kitchens of Europe’s finest establishments, including Michelin star restaurants where he learned from the best of the best in the field.
Drawing on his comprehensive knowledge and expertise, and in consultation with our College community (via Parent survey and focus groups), Luukas has developed the College Tuckshop menu to include choices that provide students with the energy their developing minds and bodies need.
Luukas is currently working on some exciting future projects for our College catering and we look forward to updating you on these developments in the near future.
The tuckshop is open 5-days per week during school Terms, providing healthy and nutritionally balanced meals made from locally sourced products and produce.

Parents, please note: The PLC Tuckshop is now cashless so online ordering is recommended. Students may purchase available food on-site at the tuckshop, however, they will need to use an EFTPOS card or their Student ID Card (you can make funds in My Student Account available to your student’s ID card, and set limits for daily use).
