Activities in Boarding
Boarding students participate in appropriate activities that enhance their bodies and minds, broaden their outlook and help in their appreciation of others' skills and beliefs.
With students and staff living in a communal situation, we believe in the upholding of social values - trust, cooperation, tolerance, responsibility, respect, loyalty and pride. These values are nurtured with the Peace boarding community and developed through activities and experiences both with the students' families and independently.
Sport and being social
Peace Boarding provides a number of sporting and social opportunities through club sports, as well as school-based teams, including rugby league and rugby union, touch football, netball, basketball, and AFL, with social activities scheduled each school term, including ten pin bowling, roller skating, laser tag and trips to the beach and Tablelands communities and attractions in the Hinterland region.
