Peace Lutheran College is seeking caring, enthusiastic and relationship-focused Boarding Supervisors to join our vibrant boarding community. As a Boarding Supervisor, you will play an important role in creating a safe, supportive and welcoming environment where students feel valued, connected and empowered to succeed.

About the Role
This position is ideally suited to someone who:

- Can provide consistent support, guidance and encouragement to students living away from home
- Works collaboratively while also being confident working independently
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising boarding students in a safe and supportive environment
- Assisting students with homework and study routines
- Encouraging positive behaviours and healthy relationships
- Supporting the wellbeing and daily needs of boarders
- Contributing to a strong and connected boarding community
Successful applicants must demonstrate a willingness to support and engage with the Christian ethos of the College.
Position Details
- Part-time, fixed-term positions until 4 December 2026
- Opportunity for extension
- Weekday, weekend and sleepover shifts required
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- A current Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one before commencement
- A current driver's licence
- An understanding of child protection policies and procedures
- Experience working with adolescents, preferably in a boarding, residential or similar setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to guide, motivate and support young people
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and a positive, professional manner
